Brilio.net - Not just onions and garlic, chilies are also one of the kitchen spices that must be in the kitchen. This chili can add a spicy taste and enhance the aroma of dishes. Not only that, chilies also make dishes more beautiful and attractive.

Because it makes food look appetizing, many people like to eat spicy food. It is used so often that quite a few people store large amounts of chilies. This large stock of chilies can be used at any time when needed, so cooking preparations can be more complete.

Well, unfortunately this chili stock cannot be stored carelessly. Instead of making it durable, there is a risk of wrinkles and drying out if stored at room temperature. Meanwhile, if you don't know the technique, storing chilies in the refrigerator can actually make the chilies go bad.

To make it last longer, most people usually store chilies in plastic or an airtight container, then cover the container with tissue. Using this tissue is considered important because it can absorb the water that comes out of the container, so that the chilies don't rot easily. However, sometimes even though the container has been lined with tissue, the chilies still rot.

So, apart from using tissue, the trick for storing chilies so they last longer is you can rely on the addition of 1 kitchen ingredient.
