Brilio.net - Recently the discovery of the bodies of a husband and wife caused an uproar among the residents of Jonggol, Bogor Regency. The couple, Hans Tomasoa (83) and Rita Tomasoa (72) were found with their bodies already decomposed.
Hans and Rita's bodies were found by residents on Tuesday (16/7). It started with residents' suspicions after smelling an unpleasant aroma from their second house for days.
Residents then checked the house of the elderly couple . As soon as they entered, residents were shocked to find both of them dead on the bed next to each other.
Due to this incident, the Jonggol Police Chief, Commissioner Wagiman, said that the couple was alone. The two of them already have three children, but their whereabouts are unknown.
Wagiman added that the child had not visited his parents for quite a long time. It was reported that Rita herself had suffered a stroke so her life depended on her husband, Hans.

As long as they lived alone without children to look after, Hans and Rita were able to survive. Both of them turned out to be members of the SP3 GPIB Cipeucang congregation.
((The late) Opa Hans DC Tomasoa and (the late) Oma Rita Tomasoa-Wattimena, residents of the SP3 GPIB Cipeucang congregation," wrote the account @bacottetangga_.
It was his sister, neighbors and church members who cared about taking care of the elderly couple. Including health matters where the church sent medical personnel to carry out examinations.
During their lifetime, these two elderly people had classy jobs. Hans Tomasoa apparently had a successful job as a sailor in his youth. Not only that, he is also known as a former HRD at PT. Indonesian Ocean.

Rita Tomasoa Wattimena's work is no less flashy than her husband's. Rita was previously known as an announcer on Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI).
"Opa is a former sailor and grandma is a former radio star and once worked at RRI," continued the account @bacottetangga__.
According to the account's tweet, there are many issues regarding the reasons why the children never visited Hans and Rita. However, unfortunately he couldn't explain what actually happened.
"I can't tell you here," he said.
After being found dead, both of them were immediately buried. The funeral for the elderly couple was held on Saturday, July 13 2024, led by Pastor JM Tambunan.

Friday Night-Saturday Morning, Mr. RT contacted the late children. (but didn't respond) because the door to the house was closed tightly and the neighbors never saw Opa come out again.
