Brilio.net/en - After a rumor about soon-to-be released GoPro drone spread in 2014, GoPro finally confirmed that they will release their drone called Karma in 2016. This drone was initially developed in 2014 and it was confirmed in a conference in 2015.
Based on a posting on their blogs and YouTube channel, GoPro revealed that they will release Karma soon, as quoted by brilio.net/en from TheVerge, Thursday (10/12).
Karma will be the first GoPro drone prototype for mass consumers. This market is currently controlled by DJI, a China-based company which is worth more than USD 1 billion.

DJI Drone is arguably one of the most popular drone producers with its phantom product. This company was established by Frank Wang in 2006 in Guangdong, China. Frank is an electronic engineer and aero-modeling lover.
DJI also starts to expand their GoPro product by releasing an action cam called DJI Osmo. This cam is a 4K camera with a stabilizer.
