Brilio.net - After celebrating a divorce, the man in Lampung who went viral a few days ago was reported to the police. A woman with the initials NDA (22) reported a man named Rian Maulana regarding a divorce party in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung which went viral on social media.
Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Police, Police Commissioner Umi Fadilah Astutik confirmed the existence of the report. In fact, it turns out that NDA claims to still have the status of Rian Maulana's legal wife.
"An NDA woman reported an alleged criminal act under the ITE Law, where the reporter reported that her husband had posted on the Instagram account @miriprian," said Umi in her official statement to media crew, Thursday (18/7).
Umi explained that the NDA took issue with the upload of the divorce party event. In fact, according to the NDA, he is still in a legal marriage relationship, aka registered by the state.
"Therefore, this reporter felt that his reputation had been defamed and he was reported to the Lampung Regional Police," he said.
Umi explained that investigators from Sub-Directorate V Cyber of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Lampung Police were still studying the report.
"Later we will look again to see if this is possible to be examined by the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Special Crimes Investigation Unit of the Lampung Regional Police, we will inform you later," he said.
Previously, it was known that the man named Rian was holding a party with an entertainment stage and a celebration tent like a reception. Instead of being sad, this man seemed happy with his divorce so it was celebrated on a large scale.

Without hesitation, Rian made invitation cards for the guests. The invitation was distributed via a post on his Instagram account. This divorce celebration was held on Sunday 14 July 2024, in Kediri Village, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung.
"DIVORCE CELEBRATION. We are happy, the extended family of Mr. Mujio and Mrs. Kusmini," wrote Rian on the invitation.
The divorce celebration event lasted for eight hours. Starting from 9 am to 5 pm.
Several rules were also written in the invitation, one of which was that Rian did not want his guests to give envelopes like at a wedding.
"Rules, no envelopes accepted. No dress code. Private Event, Invited Only," he wrote.

It turned out that many invited guests attended the event. However, the difference is that the guests do not congratulate them on their new life because they are married, but congratulate them on their divorce.
Interestingly, there was a bouquet of flowers with divorce congratulations perched at the event venue.
