Brilio.net - Recently a video went viral on social media showing a woman falling from a treadmill. The video was shared by the @heraloebess account on its X page. A woman is seen walking on a treadmill at a fitness center.
Initially, there was nothing suspicious in the CCTV video shared by the @heraloebess account. However, attention was drawn to a woman who slowed her steps while wiping sweat with the hijab she was wearing. While she was wiping her sweat by stopping her steps, this woman fell backwards because the treadmill machine was running.

Unfortunately, the treadmill machine had its back to the window which directly led to the outside area. Despite trying to restrain herself by reaching for the window frame, this woman was unable to save herself. He also bounced from the third floor of the fitness center.
The description on the video states that the accident occurred on Tuesday, June 18 2024 in Pontianak. It was stated that the woman reportedly died because no one helped her.

"In seconds, a woman died after falling from the treadmill and bouncing out of the window on the 3rd floor of the gym (18/6/2024)," explained the video uploader, as reported by brilio.net on Wednesday (19/6).
Seeing this incident, netizens criticized the gym management. Not a few have criticized the layout of the treadmill which is quite risky considering that it is facing a window that leads directly to the outside.
"The treadmill position was really wrong, then the window opened like that," said @patrickfedrian
"The distance between the treadmill and the window is only about 60 cm and there is no balcony or safety fence on the 3rd floor," added @baperanewscom
"Why is the treadmill positioned behind the window and in the open position, the owner must be responsible for this," said @redcarott
Meanwhile, the gym management known as Kgym Fitness Pontianak has not provided any information. On its Instagram page, the gym management only said that it would close sports activities for the next three days.
