Brilio.net/en - In a recent interview for BBCs Desert Island Discs broadcast, the Microsoft co-founder revealed that he memorized all of his employees license plates so that he could monitor their working hours.
Can you imagine how Gates tried to memorize the thousands of car plates parked at Redmond, Washington?
I worked weekends, I didnt really believe in vacations. I had to be a little careful not to try and apply my standards to how hard [others at the company] worked. I knew everybodys license plate so I could look out the parking lot and see, you know, when people come in, said Gates in the interview.
After the information was shared on the internet, some Twitteratis seemed to disapprove Gates habit. Here are several tweets showing peoples reactions.

In the interview, Gates also remarked about his relationship with Apple founder, Steve Jobs.He said that they were allies for some times.
For some periods we were complete allies working together. I wrote the original software on Apple 2, he told in the interview. Sometimes he would be tough on you, sometimes he would be very encouraging. And he got really great work out of people, he stated.
