This time the BrilioFood team is in the Senopati area, South Jakarta. At noon, I was just looking for a place to eat, it was perfect to find an interesting restaurant. Yup, it's called YinYang Dimsum. This restaurant has a really cool interior design, successfully pleasing the eyes. Plus typical oriental decoration with modern, aesthetic and Instagrammable colors.
The menu served here consists of a combination of authentic Hong Kong dimsum and modern culinary trends. What makes it different is that all the dimsum available here are made authentically, fresh, and in limited quantities. Not only that, YinYang Dimsum chooses to use natural rather than artificial coloring. For example, use dragon fruit, butterfly pea flower tea, vegetable juice, and others.
Apart from prioritizing taste, YinYang Dimsum also offers a different experience when we eat dimsum, you know. Among a series of menus, there is something special at YinYang Dimsum. The menu is prosperity stairs, shanghaimoon, and salted eggmoji bao. But still, everything is delicious and really recommended for those of you who like authentic Hong Kong-style culinary delights.
