Material:
- 500 gr bean sprouts
- 100 gr peeled shrimp
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 7 cloves of shallots
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 stalk of sliced spring onion
- 2 stalks of sliced lettuce
- 1 liter of water or according to taste
- Salt, sugar, mushroom seasoning, to taste
- Oil for frying
Complementary:
- Delicious shrimp paste
- Boiled whole bird's eye chilies
- Rice cake
- Fried tofu
- Lentho
- Fried onions
- Shrimp crisp
How to make:
1. Puree the garlic and shallots then saute with ground pepper until fragrant, add the spring onions as long as they are wilted, the shrimp until they change color, pour in the water, bring to a boil.
2. Add sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, mushroom seasoning, adjust the taste.
3. Add the washed bean sprouts and celery, stir well, turn off immediately so the bean sprouts don't get cooked
4. Serve: In a plate, grind enough petis and boiled chilies, add a little bean sprout sauce, stir well. Arrange the pieces of rice cake, tofu, lentho, bean sprouts and shrimp, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with fried onions, serve with crackers.
