Brilio.net - Refrigerators are used to store food stocks to keep them fresh and not rot quickly, making them an important electronic device. However, refrigerators require electricity to function. When the power goes out, the refrigerator cannot work, and the temperature inside will slowly rise back to normal. This situation can be a challenge for those who store a lot of food, especially those that are easily damaged.
Don't panic when the power goes out, because there are ways to keep the refrigerator temperature cool. According to insider.com, one solution is to place an ice pack in the freezer during a power outage. If you don't have an ice pack, you can make your own at home with simple tools and materials.
The tools needed are none other than a container and plain water.

"Well, my plan is to make an ice pack, I only use this Tupperware container," he said, quoted by BrilioFood from YouTube Video Bagus on Monday (21/10).
The prepared container, fill with plain water. In the video, he uses tap water. Just fill the water until it reaches 3/4 of the container, not to the brim. Cover the container and set aside.
"Don't fill it to the brim, because when water turns into ice, it will expand," he said.

Next, first remove the food or whatever is in the freezer. If the freezer is empty, put in the container filled with water. Then arrange the food that was removed earlier on top of the container. The container has the same function as an ice pack, which is useful for keeping the refrigerator temperature cold even if there is a power outage.

"Yes, we just wait for the water in this container to turn into ice cubes," he said.
How, is it easy enough to practice?
