Brilio.net - At the end of July, Erinda Gudono announced that she would continue her Master of Science study program at the Faculty of Social Policy and Practice (SP2), University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). Before starting her studies, Erinda Gudono spent time traveling in California, United States. Accompanied by Kaesang Pangarep, they were seen traveling to various locations even though Erina's baby bump was already quite large.
In her upload on her personal Instagram story , Erina admitted that her pregnancy had entered the third trimester. Therefore, while on vacation, Erina and Kaesang also shopped for baby supplies, such as strollers. This is apparently a preparation for their child who will be born next September. The delivery process is also planned to be carried out in the United States.

In addition to buying baby supplies, Jokowi's son-in-law also seemed to sample the culinary delights in the area. One of the foods that caught our attention was a piece of bread bought by Erina and Kaesang. But who would have thought, this bread was actually bought for around Rp400 thousand. What a fantastic price for a piece of bread. Even Kaesang admitted that the bread was very expensive.
"Mas Kaesang: '400 thousand rupiah bread is really expensive'," wrote Erina in the Instagram story @erinagudono, quoted by BrilioFood on Thursday (22/8).

If you look further, the bread is served in a container covered with aluminum foil and paper. On the paper, there is the name of the restaurant, where Erina and Kaesang ordered the food. After investigating, the bread is sold at 'Broad Street Oyster Co' which is located on Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, California.
After further investigation, the menu that Erina and Kaesang ate was called Chilled with Mayo which contained lobster meat. Yup, the split piece of bread was filled with lobster meat. The top was then given mayonnaise sauce and sliced spring onions.

The menu is sold for $25.00 or equivalent to almost Rp400 thousand. But who would have thought, this is indeed equivalent to premium bread filling. One component that makes this menu quite expensive is the Maine lobster filling used.
Maine lobsters come from the Northeastern United States. This seafood is one of the premium lobsters that is sold at a very high price. The meat is also famous for its sweet and soft taste. In addition, the difficult catching process and high demand make this lobster very expensive. For 1 kg of lobster, it can be priced at $ 57.00 or Rp. 860 thousand.
In addition to lobster, the bread used is French brioche bread which has a soft texture. This certainly makes this dish even more special. Usually Chilled with Mayo is enjoyed with a splash of lemon to reduce the fishy taste of the lobster.
