Brilio.net - Recently, public reports have gone viral on social media regarding goods purchased from abroad having to be detained by Customs. You are even required to pay a fairly large nominal amount to be able to obtain this item. Of the many complaints from the public on social media, the country's famous singer, Cakra Khan, also shared his bitter experience.
Through his X account, Cakra Khan shared his unpleasant experience with Customs and Excise. He vented his complaints through a tweet on his X account. He admitted that he had experienced this incident twice. Unmitigated, the bill for the goods he bought could reach tens of millions, even though the goods he bought were only estimated at IDR 6 million.
" It's the season for customs issues, where were you yesterday? I've had it twice, " wrote Cakra Khan, as reported by brilio.net from @CakraKonta on Thursday (2/5).

It is known that Cakra Khan bought a jacket worth IDR 6 million from abroad, but had to be detained and asked for a fee of IDR 21 million from the expedition. The reason is, the goods were detained by Customs. Even so, he didn't want to pay such a large amount.
" And the problem is the same, suddenly you get fined and then the person asks you to pay for the expedition. In my case, a lawyer from Fedex WhatsApp sent me an email, I told you to pay and I don't want to pay. Why do you have to pay 21 million for a jacket bought for 6 million? Garelo is a shame, " he complained further. .
Cakra Khan himself did not understand the exact reason why the jacket he bought had to be detained. In fact, he claimed that all proof of purchase up to the taxes that had to be paid had been clearly attached.
" I don't understand, even though it's clear, I attached the invoice and I sent the details clearly ," he said.

Furthermore, Cakra said that if the goods are detained and a large fee is asked for, then they must appeal and submit an objection. However, for Cakra, this would end in vain.
" Told to appeal and submit objections which in the end will be in vain ," tweeted Cakra Khan @CakraKonta
At the end of his tweet, Cakra Khan explained that until his tweet went up on social media, he was still often billed by the expedition and his lawyer. Meanwhile, the Rp. 6 million jacket he bought is still stuck at Customs.

" And until now I am still being billed by Fedex and the lawyer and the jacket is still stuck there, " said Cakra Khan.
Cakra Khan hopes to find a bright spot regarding what he experienced, including confirmation from Customs. The reason is, until now the expedition and Customs have not provided any information regarding the incidents experienced by the Indonesian people, including Cakra Khan.
