Brilio.net - The child abuse case of Instagram celebrity Aghnia Punjabi which shocked the public at the end of March has apparently not been completely resolved. Through her social media page, Aghnia said that the nanny who abused her daughter has not yet been punished.
Discovering this bitter reality made Aghnia very upset and disappointed. Bearing in mind, the court has not yet given a decision regarding the case of abuse committed by the nanny against her daughter.

" Many thought that the nun had been punished appropriately. I thought so, apparently not because there has been no decision from the court until now, " he said, reported by brilio.net from TikTok @emyaghnia, Monday (20/5).
Luckily, the wife of the Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, stepped in to oversee the case of abuse of her eldest child. The owner of the real name Emy Aghnia hopes that Yanti Airlangga's support can widen the path to justice for Jana Amira Priyanka or usually called Cana.
" But I am grateful that Allah sent Mrs. Yanti Airlangga to help me speed up the process. Many people thought that the nun had been punished but in reality there was no verdict yet ," he explained at length.

This mother of two children did not deny her concerns that the nanny who abused her daughter would receive a lighter sentence or even not be imprisoned. The reason was, he was afraid that the injuries his daughter suffered would be considered only minor injuries.
" The maximum is 5 years in prison, it could be lower, it could even be that you don't have to be detained, you just have to report it. Because it could be that Cana's injuries are considered minor injuries ," he said.
As a mother, Aghnia will do anything for her daughter's justice. Because the actions carried out by the caregiver were very cruel. Not only did this leave scars on her daughter's body, this cruel act also left her daughter still traumatized to this day.

" Yes, Allah was tortured for more than an hour. And psychologically, Cana is really traumatized up to this moment. At night, she often sleeps and is afraid. She is afraid of meeting new people, especially women, and is very afraid of being alone, " concluded Aghnia Punjabi.
" Hopefully the perpetrator will be punished as severely and fairly as possible. FAQ: Is there someone playing behind their back? I don't know anything about that. What is clear is that the most important thing is, my focus now is fighting for justice for Cana ," he concluded.
