Amid the ongoing controversy over song royalties, Agnez Mo has finally spoken up. The multi-talented singer, whose real name is Agnes Monica, chose to express her opinion via social media.
Instead of explaining the ongoing conflict clearly, Agnez Mo uploaded a wise message that caught attention. Through her Instagram account, she seemed to be criticizing the situation she was facing with words.
One of the quotes she uploaded on Instagram Stories reads, " The narcissist is the king of 'Entitlement' ". Translated, this sentence means, "A narcissist is a king who feels entitled." Although it is not clear what the sentence means, Agnez Mo also shared quotes from the famous philosopher, Plato, and several other figures in the upload on her feed.

In the uploaded video, Agnez Mo is seen cleaning her face while saying, " The word of the day is ' F**ktose Intolerent '... The condition of being completely unable to tolerate other people's bulls**t ". This seems to be a play on words from the term "Fructose intolerance" which describes the body's inability to digest fructose. In other words, Agnez Mo seems to be describing how she can no longer tolerate the bullshit around her.
In the upload, he also included wise quotes from several great figures, such as:
Not only that, Agnez Mo also quoted a holy verse from the Bible, " Do not repay evil for evil, bless, for to this you were called " - 1 PETER 3:9. This sentence shows her attitude to remain calm amidst the noise that occurs.
However, behind all this, there was a commotion involving Agnez Mo and musician Ari Bias. Ari sued Agnez Mo regarding the use of his song, "Bilang Saja", without permission in three concerts. The Panel of Judges at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court decided that Agnez Mo was guilty and imposed a fine of Rp1.5 billion. This decision sparked much discussion among singers, because it showed that they must also be responsible for the songs they sing in their performances.
