A representative from the law firm LKB & Partners, which represents Kim Soo Hyun , has confirmed the news. They stated, "We are considering legal action regarding the false accusation that Kim Soo Hyun is dating someone who is a minor," as reported by Allkpop on Sunday (3/23/2025).
Initially, Kim Soo Hyun and his agency, Gold Medalist, chose not to take legal action out of respect for the late Kim Sae Ron's family. However, the situation escalated when the late actress' family continued to threaten and even spread personal photos of Kim Soo Hyun without permission.
"Both Kim Soo Hyun and Gold Medalist are mourning the passing of the late Kim Sae Ron. However, the family's continued threats and the spread of personal photos without permission have forced us to take legal action," added the representative from LKB & Partners.
