Next, rinse the shrimp with clean water. Then place it in a basin and fill it with water until it is submerged. After that, add 1 tbsp of salt and stir, soak the shrimp in this salt water for 10-15 minutes.

Once done, drain and rinse thoroughly. Then put it back in the bowl and marinate the shrimp. He uses two spices, namely ginger and turmeric powder. Stir and let stand for a few minutes.
