How to make tempeh crackers, dice 1 board (220 gr) of tempeh. Then puree it with 100 ml of water in a chopper or blender. If so, add 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon stock seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Also add 50 ml of water and chop again until smooth.

Once blended, add 350 grams of tapioca flour. Then grind again briefly until the flour is evenly mixed with the tempeh mixture. Next, transfer the cracker mixture to a bowl and stir briefly to make it smoother. After that, prepare a baking sheet and grease it with oil.
