First, break the egg into a container. The owner of the TikTok account @rosma_winatachannel uses just 1 egg. Then, mix the eggs with ground spices, pepper, seasoning and salt to taste.

Next, add chopped vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, spring onions, or whatever vegetables you like. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Well, just add a few spoons of flour. So, the flour you need to make this vegetable bakwan crispy and dry is white sticky rice flour. Once the flour is added, stir until smooth.
