- 3 cloves of shallots, fried
- 2 cloves of garlic, fried
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lime juice

How to make:
1. Puree the shrimp paste, red chilies, shallots, and garlic using a mortar or blender.
2. Add brown sugar, salt, and lime juice. Stir until well blended.

2. Torch ginger raw chili sauce.

Material:
- 10 red chilies, finely sliced
