He explained, just use two kitchen ingredients when frying fish so that the oil remains clear and doesn't smell.
Before getting into the trick, first prepare the cleaned fish. Then, coat the fish with vinegar. Yup, vinegar is the first kitchen ingredient to practice this trick. Vinegar contains quite a high amount of acid which will function to remove the fishy smell of fish, so that the aroma does not contaminate the cooking oil later.
After adding vinegar, you can season the fish with just a little salt and seasoning. Make sure you don't use too many spices to fry this fish, so that the spices don't easily turn into a crust that can settle in the oil.
