Material:
- 1/2 kg chopped chicken
- 200 ml instant coconut milk
- 300 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons tamarind juice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 fish with basil leaves, washed
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Ground spices:
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 10 red onion cloves
- 7 cayenne peppers
- 10 curly red chilies
- 1 tsp shrimp paste, crushed
- 8 candlenuts
- 70 ml of water
How to make:
1. Puree all the spices, use a chopper to make it easier.
2. Heat the oil, saute the ground spices until cooked and fragrant.
3. Pour in the coconut milk, add the tamarind water and chicken, stir well and cook until boiling. Then add sugar and salt, cook until the chicken is tender, the coconut milk thickens, and the sauce subsides slightly.
4. Add ground pepper and basil leaves, stir briefly, test the taste. Lift. Ready to serve.
