As reported by BrilioFood from YouTube Depot Lehurrr on Tuesday (1/10), the process of cooking chilies also affects their spiciness. According to Depot Lehurrr, boiling the chilies that will be processed will reduce the spiciness of the chilies to the maximum. While frying the chilies still makes the remaining spicy taste of the chilies even more pronounced.

So first, prepare the red chilies that will be processed. Before holding the chilies, you can coat your hands with a little salt. Take enough salt, then rub and spread it on the surface of your hands so that the spiciness does not stick to your skin.

Then cut the tip of the red chili. Press and rotate the chili so that the seeds inside can easily fall out. Then cut the chili into two parts and remove the seeds until clean. Set aside and repeat until all the chilies are gone.

Next, cut the chilies into smaller pieces. Then boil the chilies in boiling water until the chilies are wilted and cooked. This boiling will remove the remaining spiciness from the chilies.
