"Who is this, the one who washes strawberries only uses water, be careful, there's still pesticide attached. Here, I'll tell you how to wash them," he said, quoted by BrilioFood from TikTok @michellanathania on Wednesday (26/6).

The woman admitted to following recommendations from the Ministry of Health to clean strawberries of pesticide residue that was still attached. Meanwhile, the kitchen ingredient prepared is baking soda.

First, prepare the strawberries you want to wash. Then cut off the stems and leaves that are still attached to the strawberries. Place the strawberries in a container such as a saucepan.

Then pour 1 liter of water into the strawberry container. Mix in 2 teaspoons of baking soda. Stir gently and let sit for 10 minutes. After being soaked for 10 minutes, this video shows that the dirt on the strawberries suddenly fell off and was flooded in the water.
