Material:
- 500 gr tuna fish
- 3 candlenuts
- 5 starfruit
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 10 cayenne peppers
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 200 ml thick coconut milk
- Galangal to taste
- Basil to taste
- Lime
- Flavoring

How to make:
1. Wash the tuna fish, cover with lime juice and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Saute the shallots, garlic, chilies, turmeric, candlenuts and salt.
3. Add lemongrass and laos, stir-fry until cooked.
4. Pour in the water, add the fish, add sugar and seasoning.
5. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the coconut milk with starfruit.
6. Wait until it boils, stir gently so that the coconut milk doesn't break.
7. Finally add the basil leaves.
