At the beginning of the video, the YouTube user shows 1 kilogram of beef ribs that have been boiled in a pan. At the top you can see the oil which will turn into fat coming out after the boiling process.

This YouTube user also intends to reduce his fat content with simple tricks. He prepared one simple ingredient and tool, namely ice cubes and a ladle.

These ice cubes are the main key to reducing the fat content in boiled beef ribs. Reporting from timesofindia.indiatimes.com, ice cubes can help solidify fat. The fat in the meat will later form like a thick white layer.

To do this, take enough ice cubes. Then put the ice cubes into the ladle. Next, stick the vegetable spoon onto the surface of the stew. In the first experiment, white lumps of fat were seen filling the bottom of the ladle.

"Well, the fat in the meat stew has stuck to the vegetable spoon," he said.

The YouTube user also used a knife to scrape out the fat from the ribs. According to him, this method of removing meat fat is quite effective.

"I did it again, this is the second time, I replaced the ice. Then I stuck it and swirled it on the surface of the meat cooking water," he added.

The YouTube user repeated the same steps 5 times so that the fat really shrank. After the fat layer has shrunk, the ribs are ready to be processed into various appetizing dishes.

"This is very thick (the fat). Imagine if this was eaten and clogged our blood vessels. Of course it's not healthy," he concluded.

Tips for choosing quality beef.

To choose quality beef, you can pay attention to the following things:

1. Color.

Choose beef that has a bright red color. Avoid meat that looks grayish or dark brown.

2. Marbling.

Pay attention to marbling, which is fat that is evenly distributed in the meat. Good marbling means the meat is more tender and flavorful.

3. Texture.

Touch the meat to check the texture. Quality meat usually has a soft and elastic texture.

4. Smell.

The smell of fresh meat is a distinctive meat smell and is not strong. Avoid meat that smells fishy or rancid.

5. Expiry date.

Check the expiration date or production date of the meat to ensure its freshness.

6. Source.

Choose meat from a trusted source, such as a well-known butcher shop or a farm that is guaranteed to be clean.

7. Packaging.

Make sure the meat packaging is not leaking or damaged, and that the meat looks fresh and not slimy.
