The first MPASI made by Icha came from carrots, minced chicken, and rice. The carrots that had been thinly sliced were then steamed first. Then Icha sauted the minced chicken with shallots and garlic. After it was cooked, she immediately put rice and water into it.
Well, the MPASI is then stirred until smooth. A moment later, he put in the steamed carrots. Then all the ingredients are cooked until done and start to boil.

After boiling, Icha put all the ingredients into the chopper. Because her child was just starting solid food, she admitted that she wanted to introduce the texture of food to her child from an early age. Therefore, the solid food that was made was chopped until smooth or pureed so that the child would be more comfortable consuming it.
"Mom deliberately gave a puree texture so that Aulia would not be "shocked." It was something new for her that might not be easy.
"Let's study together, okay?" said Icha.

Aisyah seemed to feel strange at first, but after being taught how to put food in, she greedily ate the MPASI in a spoon fed by her mother. Furthermore, Icha also admitted that the MPASI was eaten greedily until it was finished by her child.
As a mother, Alyssa Soebandono admitted that serving MPASI regularly is important. Since starting MPASI, Icha has always scheduled three main meals without snacks or snacks. In addition, the baby will only be given breast milk.
"It's all gone.
