Brilio.net - Learning to recognize the alphabet is usually done since kindergarten, but what if there are 6th grade students who still have difficulty distinguishing the alphabet? This happened in a TikTok video upload shared by the account @trilaynf, where a teacher tested one of the 6th grade students to recognize the letters of the alphabet.

At first, the teacher who is familiarly called Trila showed one of the letters of the alphabet on the paper. Then she asked one of her students about the letter.

"Is this a letter?" asked Trila, quoted by brilio.net , Saturday (11/16).

Instead of answering correctly, the student replied that the letter the teacher pointed to was p, even though it was clearly not p. With full confidence, he answered, "p," without hesitation, which confused the teacher and made her not believe the answer.

As if not believing her student's answer, Trila asked again while holding up the paper and saying the same question.

"Letters?" he concluded again.

To make sure, the student asked about the letter that his teacher was asking about.

"Where is it, ma'am?" asked the student.

"Is this a letter? Grade 6," answered Trila.

With the same answer, the student was still sure that the letter was p. The student's answer made Trila dizzy and she didn't expect that a 6th grader couldn't differentiate between the letters p and q.

Then, the uploaded video got attention from netizens. Some stated that if seen from the video, the letters mentioned by the elementary school child were correct. While others answered that it was the mirror effect of the cellphone that made the paper upside down.

"That's right P," said the account @erolord3770.

"No, that's not it, the camera mirrors the original letter q," replied the account @ .

"It's your own fault for using a mirror on the camera," replied the account @muevantank.

"Yes, P is right if you look at this VT," said the account @badutmuki.

"That's the letter "q" and I was almost fooled earlier," wrote the account @Iron Biscuit.

The video has garnered a lot of attention from netizens. It has been recorded that the video has received 3.2 million views, 81.1 thousand likes, and 1,805 comments.
