A Singaporean tourist suffered serious bleeding after being attackedby a Komodo dragon in Indonesia's Komodo National Park, East Nusa Tenggara, Wednesday morning.
The tourist, Lon Lee Alle, was reportedly bitten on the left calf when he was observing some of the giant lizards eating livestock belonging to villagers. The attack happened after he ignored local's warning to not wander too far from safe areas, according to the head of the park, Sudiyono.

"He must have been too close. A Komodo doesnt like to be disturbed when eating," told Sudiyono to The Jakarta Post.
The 50-year-old man was then taken to Siloam General Hospital by a speedboat after having been treated previously at nearby clinic.
Sudiyono added that the incident was the first in five years.
