The idea behind the "Vows & Veils" Wedding Showcase event is to provide a platform where prospective brides and grooms can explore various wedding offerings from AYANA Hospitality properties in one event. AYANA aims to simplify the wedding planning process and provide a complete overview of the various options available to the bride and groom.
The theme and concept of this wedding showcase event is designed to meet the needs of various types of events and wedding concepts, both traditional, national and international. Visitors can have the opportunity to explore various wedding venue options, from intimate wedding events to large receptions, including the traditional Sangjit event. One of the interesting offers from this event is a special wedding menu package, featuring delicious dishes from Liu Li Palace Seafood Restaurant, a famous Chinese restaurant at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta.
The main purpose of holding the "Vows & Veils" Wedding Showcase is to showcase the wide selection of wedding venues and special services offered by AYANA Hospitality. This event aims to highlight the uniqueness of each property, from the serene and beautiful AYANA Bali Resort, the exotic AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach full of adventure, the luxury sailing experience with AYANA Lako di'a, to the elegant luxury at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. AYANA strives to cater to various styles and preferences in hosting weddings. AYANA Hospitality wants to ensure every couple can find the perfect venue for their special day.
This wedding showcase will feature various wedding event vendors. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet more than 30 leading and selected wedding vendors, such as wedding organizers, photographers, decorators, florists, entertainment, and many others.
Visitors to the wedding showcase will get a special promo that is only valid during the event. If they hold their wedding at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta, the couple can save up to IDR 80 million if they confirm during the exhibition. The booking period is valid until the end of July 2024 and weddings can be held until June 2025. This package also includes a free honeymoon suite at AYANA Bali or AYANA Komodo properties (Terms & Conditions apply).
For weddings at AYANA Bali, couples can save up to IDR 30 million and get a free room upgrade. Meanwhile, at AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach, couples can save up to IDR 10 million with a free room upgrade to a Deluxe Ocean View room, as well as enjoy a 15% discount on cruise options at AYANA Lako di'a during their stay if they confirm their wedding event during the wedding event showcase is taking place (Terms & Conditions apply).
