Brilio.net/en - A real-life pair of Barbie and Ken is always at the center of attention everywhere they go, as they look so much like the famous plastic Mattel toys.
Despite their symmetrically-perfect faces, the two have denied having any plastic surgery to attain the famous toy couple looks.
Aycan Alieva and Ilian Iliev from Bulgaria appeared together on the local TV show, where they became famous due to their similarity to the Barbie and Ken dolls.
20-year-old Aycan, who is originally from Turkey but currently lives in Bulgaria, admitted that she is always flattered when people compare her to the Barbie doll. Yet she denied any of her body parts are anything other than natural.

At the most, all I do was occasionally allow a bit of Photoshop work on my pictures, she said.
Meanwhile, Ilian Iliev gained his fame after being chosen by the American toy company as a double for the Ken doll. He has also won national and international beauty contests and in 2013 a Japanese magazine praised him as the model with the most symmetrical face.
Just like Aycan, he also denied having any plastic surgery done. I have never had any corrective surgery, to be honest, I don't think I even look like the toy, he said.

The TV show also featured a conversation with a local plastic surgeon Dr. Nikolai Georgiev who warned of the dangers of having operations to look like someone else.
At the moment a person starts doing things with the desire to look like someone else, they start to lose themselves. Appearance is often a reflection of what is happening inside you, said Dr. Georgiev.
As reflected by his attitude, the plastic surgeons also have a responsibility to keep patients from out of harms way, that is more often than not caused by themselves. Dr. Georgiev also said he recently had a man that wanted to have two breasts put on his back.
I will never do such a thing. It is a disease, he said.
