Brilio.net/en - The notorious Playboy mansion is on sale for a budget price of $200US Million. But there is a catch to living in the 5-acres Los Angeles mansion Hugh Hefner, the founder of the playboy mansion, comes with the rent. He has lived in the house since he purchased it for $1 Million in 1971 and doesnt intend to move out. A roommate with some interesting stories to tell, were sure.

The mansion was once synonymous as the epicenter of debauchery but has in recent years been tamed as Playboy Magazine lost some its appeal with the sex industry moving toward Online and Cable TV mediums and away from Magazines. Furthermore the mansion has been tainted with recent allegations that Bill Cosby drugged and/or sexually assalted two for the nearly 60 accusers at the mansion as far back as 1965 and as recently as 2008.
So if you happen to win the US Powerball (which is now worth US $1.5 Billion)** and want to live on a 20,000 square feet mansion that features 29 rooms and a guest house in addition to a zoo license, youve found your spot.
