Brilio.net/en - Bringing kids to an exhibition can be great. Its good to open their eyes to anything beautiful, creative and out-of-the-box. However, before deciding to take your kids to an art exhibition, you had better double check whether its kid-proof or not. Interactive exhibitions are pretty cool, but they excursion can turn out to be a disaster if your kid accidentally forces you to buy an expensive artwork. This case is one of the best lessons.

Artist Zhao spent three days and nights working on a giant Zootopia character's LEGO sculpture, unifying thousands of lego bricks to form life-size Disneys Nick Wilde before eventually having it exhibited. But it only took a kid seconds to destroy after only an hour of the exhibition being opened at a shopping mall.

The kid snuck under the security ropes to get a closer look and obviously got a little too close. He accidentally pushed the Lego statue over, and before everyone noticed, the statue was on the floor and in a million tiny pieces.

The kids parents offered to compensate Zhao, but the artist declined and gracefully accepted that the incident was simply an unfortunate accident. Well, good for them. The statue was actually valued at $15,000.
