A dinner we would kill to be invited to.

Brilio.net/en - The President of the United States Barack Obama took a small detour on his Asia trip and decided to get some grub with one of televisions most popular chefs, none other than Anthony Bourdain.

And in typical Anthony Bourdain fashion, they didnt dine in some 5-star, chic and upscale restaurant. On the contrary. Bourdain took the President of the Free World to a hole in the wall diner in Vietnam, complete with the whole kit and caboodle small plastic chairs, plastic cutlery and quite the hectic ambience.

With a beer in hand each, the pair looked to be in deep conversation. Most likely about the crazy food that the adventurous eater has previously devoured. Or maybe even about the heavy topics of Obama lifting a decades old lethal arms embargo on Vietnam. But well be able to get a peek into their dinner convo in Septembers episode of Anthony Bourdain Pars Unknown. But this wont be the Presidents first time on a crazy eating show. He starred in an episode with wild man Bear Grylls on Running Wild where he dined on an Alaskan salmon leftover from a rather picky bear.

After finishing up at Hanoi restaurant Bn ch Hng Lin, Bourdain tweeted that he had picked up the $6 tab on a shared "bun Cha dinner in Hanoi.

Obama is on his tenth Asia trip as President and will continue to Ho Chi Minh City before making his way to Japan to visit the Hiroshima site, where the US dropped the atomic bomb in 1945 and ended the Second World War. He will be the first sitting US president to do so.
