The raceto manufacture flying carshas been intense these few years. Among the companies wantingto deliver the first roadable aircraft, AeroMobil comeswith the most promising production model as the manufacturer has started to take pre-orders for the first 500 units ahead of its mass production plan.
The Slovakia-based company unveiled their production-ready design, introduced as the version 4.0 at 2017 Top Marques Monaco last week.

AeroMobil's flying car is basically a light aircraft featured with foldable wings and a rear-mounted propeller powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged flat-4 rated at 300 horsepower.
The machine could deliver 700 km range on the ground, or 750 km range on air, on a 90 liter tank of 95 RON fuel. Its top speed is limited to 100 mph for land and 222 mph for aerospace.

The lighter engine of the vehicle is expected to be more efficient and durable than any aircraft engine. The cabin itself is enough to carry up to 240 kg of load.
AeroMobil set the price of their high-end medium-distance flying car starting from $1.3 million (Rp 15,9 billion) and $1.7 million (Rp 19,9 billion) each.
