Kirsten Dicksen, a prolific YouTuber, had just shared a cool video that she took when she was visiting the recruitment company Pasona Group in Tokyo. Having arrived in the main office, she was amazed to see the inside of the building, which does not resemble any other places of business.
Designed by Kono Designs, the architecture of this office applies an urban farm concept. The office is pretty unique as it has an indoor farm. They grow rice paddies and plant over 200 kinds of vegetable on their own.
Interestingly, rice paddies and all vegetables grown in this office are prepared and served in the company canteen for all staff, so that they can get the benefits from nutritious, vegetable-rich meals.
