In the east of the country, at the eastern edge of East Nusa Tenggara, is Alor Island, the largest in the Alorarchipelago and a hop, skip and a jump away from East Timor across the Alor Strait. Its highest point is Mount Doya Koyakoya, rising more than 1,800 meters towards a pristine blue sky.
On the island you can find local tribes and untouched landscapes.
