Indonesia was unstoppable when facing Malaysia in SEA Games 2017 Men Badminton Final held at Axiata Arena Stadium, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Thursday.

Indonesia's men team gave their opponent little chance by comprehensively beating Malaysia's 3-0.

The team secured a gold medal after Ihsan Maulana Mustofa outclassed Lee Zii Jia 21-11 and 21-11.

As for the two previous points were given by Jonathan Christie also Alfian Fajar and Muhammad Rian Ardianto in men's double.

The gold is the first from badminton with Indonesia's women team could only seize bronze after defeated by the host team in the semi-final.

The victory gave the country the 17th gold in the event. Indonesia ranked fifth in medal tally below Thailand.
