The results of the 2024 simultaneous regional elections quick count are starting to show a picture of the results for regional head candidates, including celebrities. On Wednesday (11/27), a number of big names in the entertainment world who are trying their luck in politics were seen entering the fierce competition.
Unfortunately, some celebrities who were previously confident in running for the Pilkada had to accept the bitter reality. Not all of these artists were able to gain the majority of votes and had to be satisfied with positions below their competitors.
One of them is Krisdayanti who is running for mayor of Batu. The quick count results for the 2024 Batu mayoral election show that KD and her running mate, Kresna Dewanata Prosakh (KriDa), are in the lowest position.

Hengky Kurniawan, who ran as West Bandung Regent with Ade Sudrajat, only won 23.95 percent of the vote. The pair had to acknowledge the superiority of Jeje Govinda and Asep Ismail who won more votes. Hengky's political career, who previously served as Deputy Regent, was not enough to secure victory this time.
