Brilio.net - After being officially inaugurated as President of the Republic of Indonesia together with Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Prabowo Subianto delivered his first speech in front of all Indonesian people. With his characteristic humorous style, Komeng answered reporters' questions about Prabowo's speech with a ticklish response. He admitted to being impressed hearing the speech directly, especially since he had only watched the president's speech on television.
"Wow, that's great, I've heard the president's speech many times only on TV, that was direct," said Komeng as quoted from YouTube Liputan6, Sunday (20/10).
Furthermore, Komeng highlighted one of the parts of the speech that he remembered the most, namely when Prabowo conveyed his wish that no more Indonesians live in hardship. For Komeng, the message was very important, although he did not forget to add his signature joke.
"Our president, Mr. Prabowo, wants there to be no more poor people in Indonesia," said Komeng.
"Remember, don't give it a hard time, because there are no more difficult people, so you get excited," he continued.

Komeng also praised Prabowo as a figure who respects previous presidents. According to him, this shows that Prabowo has the spirit to unite the nation, especially after being divided due to differences in political choices during the presidential election.
"Basically, he respects several previous presidents, people who unite Indonesia, everyone must unite," explained Komeng.
"United we stand, divided we go to the KUA," he joked again.
More than just a funny comment, Komeng also emphasized that Prabowo's speech contained an invitation that must be supported by all Indonesian people. According to him, Prabowo's invitation to re-knit unity after the presidential election is an important step for the progress of the nation.
"I have said many times, I mean many times, that Prabowo really wants to unite everyone who was divided because of the presidential election and now wants to unite and improve the welfare of the people," said Komeng.
When asked about his hopes for Prabowo as president, Komeng did not let go of his sense of humor. He admitted that he had spoken to Prabowo not to just be a hope, because according to him, hope will only bring someone to the fourth position.
"I have told Mr. Prabowo. Mr. Prabowo, don't have any hopes. Champion 1. Hope for champion 4. Anyway, Mr. Prabowo is number 1," he said.
At the end of the interview, Komeng did not forget to express his gratitude to President Joko Widodo who has led Indonesia for the past 10 years. He hopes that under Prabowo's leadership, Indonesia can continue its good and successful journey.
"Thank you to Mr. Jokowi for ruling for 10 years and now it's Mr. Prabowo's turn, hopefully everything goes smoothly," concluded Komeng.
