No hard feelings, the acting governor just doesn’t want the ongoing budgeting process disrupted by anyone.

Brilio.net/en - Acting Jakarta Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat aint got no time for incoming Governor Anies Baswedan and Deputy Sandiaga Uno.
The two and their synchronization team have been trying to set a meeting with Djarot to talk about their programs and how to incorporate them into the 2018 provincial budget (APBD).
The budget is being prepared now by the Jakarta government before it will be taken to the DPRD plenary later. Though Djarot will only be acting governor until October 2017, the next years budget is still the current administration responsibility.
Im still busy. My focus is to finish some work I have to do and some other activities, Djarot said to reporters today.
Djarot denied that hes giving the incoming pair a hard time and that he just doesnt want the ongoing budgeting process disturbed by new priorities and programs.
If Anies and Sandi want to include their program to the 2018 budget, Djarot suggested them to go through their respective parties, Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) and Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), in the local parliament (DPRD).
I think it has to go through DPRD. In a budget planning process, we have an executive budgeting team. (For them) they can go through DPRD, they have Gerindra and PKS.
Djarot added that the budgeting process for 2018 has been going on well so far.
All process are electronic and some phases have been done, we can't go back. We can't change the ongoing e-budgeting system.
Furthermore, Djarot said that DPRD also has a right to set the provincial budget, so his advice is reasonable.
Talk to them, so we can focus (on our part). We dont want to restructure everything in the middle of the process. They have their synchronization team and we have our own team.
Djarot claimed that similar process was done when Jokowi Ahok stepped in to replace Fauzi Bowo back in 2012.
Fauzi Bowo already arranged the budget, but then Jokowi came in, so there were talks (in the local parliament) to adjust and include his programs, he said.
