Brilio.net - Ironing clothes is often considered a boring and tiring household task. One of the main reasons is the body position that tends to be static for a long time. When ironing, you have to stand or sit in the same position, hold the iron with your hands raised, and do repetitive movements. This condition can cause muscle tension, especially in the shoulders, back, and neck, which then triggers aches and discomfort. In addition, the heat from the iron and the steam that comes out can also make the body feel more tired and uncomfortable.
To overcome the soreness when ironing, there are several solutions that can be tried. First, make sure you adjust your body position ergonomically, such as adjusting the height of the ironing board to suit your height, so you don't have to bend over for too long. Also, take a break every few minutes to stretch your muscles and reduce tension. Using a lighter steam iron or switching to less wrinkled clothing can also help reduce the frequency of ironing. With these steps, ironing can be more comfortable and less tiring.
But it doesn't always use that method, there is another trick shown by Instagram user @rumah.kamali. In his video upload, this netizen admitted to having a special way to iron clothes so that they don't wrinkle in one stroke. Curious about how to do it?

As reported by BrilioFood from Instagram @rumah.kamali on Saturday (8/24), there is one cooking utensil that must be prepared when practicing this trick. The one cooking utensil in question is aluminum foil. The method is, put a sheet of aluminum foil as the base of the iron.

Once done, just cover the aluminum foil with a cloth or regular ironing mat. On the other side, plug the iron into the power supply. Set the iron temperature to medium only.

While waiting for the temperature to stabilize, place the clothes on the iron base. Then rub the iron on the clothes. Because there is an additional sheet of aluminum foil, the surface of the clothes immediately becomes smooth. There are no more wrinkled or rolled up parts of the clothes. Practical, right?
"No need to use lubricant, it doesn't tangle easily and doesn't need to be repeated often in the same place," he said.
This video immediately caught the attention of netizens. Since it was uploaded on August 20, this video has been watched almost 7 thousand times and liked by hundreds of other Instagram accounts.
