Brilio.net - A pan is one of the kitchen utensils that has various important functions in cooking, especially for processing soup dishes or dishes that require boiling and steaming techniques. Intensive use of pans almost every day has the potential to cause hygiene problems, especially on the inside.
One of the problems that often occurs is the formation of burnt crust due to the pan being heated continuously when the water inside has evaporated. This crust stain tends to leave marks and is difficult to remove, even after repeated washing or scrubbing.
Cleaning limescale stains requires special methods and cleaning materials. Baking soda is a common choice for this problem. The effectiveness of baking soda increases when mixed with soap or hot water, because its chemical content is able to soften the limescale so that it is easier to clean.
Another cleaning alternative can be used when baking soda is not available. Information about this substitute has been shared by the YouTube account Dzakiyya encle through its video content.
"I've tried this twice. The results are great. No need to rub it hard with your hands which makes your hands hurt," said YouTuber Dzakiyya encle.

As reported by BrilioFood from YouTube Dzakiyya encle on Tuesday (10/12), the kitchen ingredient used is cooking vinegar. For the measurement, he uses 2 tablespoons of vinegar. This measurement is used to clean the crust that covers most of the bottom of the pan.

After adding vinegar, pour 1 cup or glass of clean water or until the crust is completely covered. If so, heat the vinegar water on the stove. Boil until hot and boiling in a closed pan.
"You don't need to let the water run out, just let it boil," explained YouTube Dzakiyya encle.

If the vinegar water has boiled, turn off the stove. Then let it sit until the water cools down to make it easier to clean. Well, this process will also make the vinegar soak more perfectly into the stain.

Once cool, immediately scrub the inside of the pan using a wire brush. Sure enough, in one scrub, the crust marks are gone. You can do this scrubbing process until the inside of the pan is completely clean, yes.

The final step, rinse the pan with running water. Then drain until dry. That way, the pan will look even shinier and free of crust. You can use it directly for cooking.
