Shortly after the reconciliation process, happy news came. Through a post on her personal Instagram account, the 27-year-old celebrity announced that she is now pregnant with Elmer's second child.
In the photo, Ira and Elmer's first child, Kavi, holds an ultrasound result showing a fetus in Ira's womb. In the caption of the post, Ira asked for prayers for the best for her second pregnancy.
