Her eldest daughter revealed that before being rushed to the hospital, her mother was healthy and cheerful.

Titiek Puspa's family had the opportunity to share information about the latest condition of the legend who has been hospitalized since March 26, 2025. At that time, Titiek Puspa was rushed to Medistra Hospital, Jakarta, due to a sudden brain hemorrhage.

Pety Tunjungsari, her eldest daughter, revealed that two days before the incident, her mother was healthy and cheerful. In fact, Titiek Puspa had attended an event with 300 orphans and went through the interview session well.

"We don't understand why this bleeding could have happened. On March 24, two days earlier, Mrs. Titiek looked healthy and happy with the orphans at the Musica Berbagi event," explained Pety Tunjungsari when met at Medistra Hospital, Jakarta, on Thursday (10/4/2025).

"He is very cheerful, happy to be with the orphans, and there are no signs of trouble. The language he uses is fluent," he added.

On that occasion, Pety also stated that Titiek Puspa had undergone surgery in the first three days of treatment. He was grateful because the operation went smoothly and was declared a success.

"Mother was taken to Medistra's ER, and we are grateful to the medical team who quickly treated her. After an examination, it turned out that there was bleeding that needed to be treated. The operations were carried out on the first, second, and third days, and everything went successfully," said Pety.

However, Pety admitted to feeling confused by the sudden condition, considering that his mother was previously in good condition. To maintain Titiek's privacy and health, at that time the family and hospital decided to limit guest visits.

"There are many things we do not understand why this could happen. However, we are trying to maintain Mrs. Titiek's privacy and medical health. The hospital also does not allow visits because there are medical considerations that must be followed," explained Pety.

The family faithfully accompanies and hopes that the recovery process goes well. "We continue to accompany Mrs. Titiek closely and in detail," concluded Pety Tunjungsari.

But fate had other plans, the legendary Indonesian singer passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 16.25 WIB at Medistra Hospital, Jakarta, at the age of 87. Titiek Puspa's passing left deep sorrow for the Indonesian music industry and her fans.
