"We want to clarify the actual events that occurred. We have an MoU contract with the committee, which states that they will provide the cake for us. The responsibility to deliver the cake to the stage is our crew," said NDX AKA personnel as quoted by brilio.net , Sunday (24/11).
In addition, they explained that their intention in giving the cake to the audience was to share happiness. However, this misunderstanding occurred due to a lack of clear communication between them and the party who sent the cake. It turned out that the cake was brought by a woman named Rusmah who deliberately gave the cake as a personal gift.
"Our intention was purely to share happiness. After the incident, it turned out there was a miscommunication. We thought the cake was a gift from the committee and we didn't know it was a personal gift from Ms. Rusmah," explained NDX AKA.
In the clarification video, NDX AKA personnel also appeared to make a video call with Rusmah to apologize for the incident. They conveyed their sincere apologies for the misunderstanding that occurred, while also explaining that they did not mean to offend anyone.

"Actually, we had no problem at all after the concert. We didn't have a problem with the cake. But suddenly this problem grew so big after we returned to Jambi," explained Rusmah, who was the fan who gave the cake to NDX AKA.
After the clarification, netizens gave a positive response. Rusmah also reminded her friends not to lead the wrong opinion about the incident. She emphasized that everything does not need to be a problem, because there is no bad intention from any party.
"So now you understand, right guys? So stop leading opinions that are not true anymore. Because we all have no problem with that, guys, and I personally am also fine with it," said Rusmah on her social media account.
Netizens also gave their support to NDX AKA and Rusmah. Several accounts expressed their enthusiasm and appreciation for the clarification that had been delivered.
"Stay strong, my mas!" wrote @mifta_thaaa.
"I've met Karo @yonandafrisnadamara @pjrmicrophone, he's really friendly on the photo, he's easy to DM, sometimes he replies. Netizens really like to fry up the news, be patient, Masku @ndxakatv," concluded the account @redho__0.
Through the clarification they conveyed, NDX AKA hopes that fans and netizens can better understand this situation.
