Nissa Sabyan has just experienced a rather surprising situation after it was revealed that she had married Ayus Sabyan. This marriage was officially confirmed by the KUA Pondok Gede, Jakarta, which stated that the two had married on July 4, 2024.
Interestingly, this marriage was held with Nissa's father as the guardian, and took place at Nissa's residence. The dowry was also quite simple, consisting of a three-gram gold ring and Rp200 thousand in cash.
"The dowry was a 3 gram gold ring and Rp200 thousand. That was the dowry as a requirement. At that time, the money was not decorated. Only the gold ring had a box," said Ahmad Sumroni, representative of the Pondok Ged KUA.
However, this happy news was not welcomed by netizens. The photo upload of Nissa and Ayus on November 18 2024 was flooded with around 18 thousand comments, many of which contained insults. Some netizens even called for a boycott of Nissa, accusing her of stealing her best friend's husband, Ririe Fairus.
" Boycott nissa say*** ," wrote one netizen with the account @rein****. Meanwhile, another account @yell**** added, " Boycott gambus woooy!" and @vera**** wrote in capital letters, "BOYCOTT! "
Not only that, many netizens have requested that Nissa and Ayus' songs not be played in public places during Ramadan. " Please, all supermarkets/malls during Ramadan don't play their songs. Hearing the vocalist's voice can suddenly ruin your mood ," wrote @nuni****. Another account, @jack****, also emphasized, " Boycott! We must uphold cancel culture ."
Some netizens even questioned the existence of Nissa's wedding photos, considering that the KUA has confirmed the marriage. " Where is Nisa's wedding photo? Don't just keep quiet ," quipped @brio****.
In the midst of all this controversy, Ririe Fairus, Ayus' ex-wife, is also in the spotlight. After news of Nissa and Ayus' marriage circulated, Ririe was seen in a viral video, where she asked about how to forgive people who hurt them.
"How can we truly forgive someone who has hurt us? Sometimes the heart and words are different, so how do we do it, or what practice can truly make the heart sincere?" he complained.
The video received a lot of sympathy and prayers from netizens. Previously, in February 2021, Nova, Ayus' sister, also confirmed that her brother was involved in a relationship with Nissa, while reminding that God knows everything.
