Brilio.net - The domestic violence case experienced by celebrity, Cut Intan Nabila has made a number of people sympathize. Various groups have given their full support to this mother of three. After several days have passed, Cut Intan is reported to have started to improve physically. Previously, it was reported that due to the beating of her husband, Armor Toreador , Intan suffered scratches on her back and a lump on her head.

After having closed herself off, Cut Intan finally dared to appear in public and made a statement through a video. Not alone, Intan was accompanied by a number of her closest people.

In her statement, Cut Intan apologized to the Indonesian people. The reason is, Intan felt that the video she uploaded to social media had caused a public commotion. Especially after her husband was arrested, she continued to trend on social media.

"Actually, I want to apologize to all Indonesian people who have been shocked by my case that I posted on my social media account," he said.

Intan continued that, there is no peace for the husband who has caused deep trauma for her. Therefore, she is determined to continue the case according to the applicable legal procedures.

"I want to clarify the confusing news out there regarding my case, where this case is still ongoing according to the Ada sentencing procedure," he added.

Not without reason, she wants to create a deterrent effect for the perpetrator. It is important for her that similar domestic violence cases do not happen again. Therefore, Intan wants the public to learn from this ongoing case.

"I hope that all Indonesian people can learn from my case so that cases of domestic violence like what I experienced will not happen again," added Cut Intan while holding back tears.

In addition, she also expressed her apologies to her family and friends for choosing to cover up the domestic violence she had experienced. She admitted that the decision was made because of her hope and belief that the perpetrator could change.

"Forgive me if for the past 5 years I have always kept myself hidden from the domestic violence I experienced from my family and closest friends, because I have always struggled with my thoughts and heart that he could change," said Cut Intan.

Furthermore, Intan expressed her gratitude to various parties who have helped and supported the handling of the case involving Cut Intan. Cut Intan appreciated the swift steps taken by the police and the legal advocacy team in taking firm action against the perpetrators of violence.

This gratitude is also addressed to the wider community who have shown solidarity and empathy towards her. This support is expected to be a strength for Cut Intan and her family in undergoing the legal process and recovering from the trauma they experienced.

"Many thanks to the Bogor Police Chief and his staff, and also thanks to the lawyers from the Indonesian Legal Advocacy Institute of the Gerindra DPP and PPAI, as well as all Indonesian people who have helped me and taken firm action in this case. Thank you for giving empathy and support to me and my family," said Cut Intan.

Cut Intan made this statement in response to the request of the suspect who is her husband to make peace. Through his attorney, Armor Toreador is said to want to resolve the domestic violence problem amicably. Moreover, they have 3 small children who need affection from their father.

"I feel sorry for the children, they are still small. The oldest is only 4 years old. Children need care. So they must be looked after, and still cared for by both parents," said Irwansyah, Armor's attorney.
