Brilio.net - The case of Domestic Violence (KDRT) that befell fencer Cut Intan Nabila has now been officially processed by the police. In fact, Armor Toreador, her husband and perpetrator of the KDRT, has been arrested and named a suspect at the Bogor Police, Wednesday (14/8).
While in detention, Armor's lawyer, Irawansyah, discussed his client's mental condition. He seemed not ready to accept the reality of having to face the law.
"He is still mentally shaken," said Irawansyah, quoted by brilio.net from YouTube KH Infotainment, Friday (16/8).
Irawansyah also said that Armor intends to file a peace petition to his wife. Irawansyah will also take steps to reconcile both family and legal matters.
"His name is with his wife and children, no matter what, it must be peaceful. We are in intensive communication with Armor's family, Armor's father. It's just that there has been no communication with Intan," he said.
As is known, this incident is not the first time Armor has committed domestic violence against Intan. From his confession, he has committed violence 5 times since 2020 and has done it in front of children.

In fact, acts of violence have even occurred in front of his children. Although it often occurs when he is alone with his wife.
"More than five times, since 2020. I will not make any defense, I admit I was wrong, I am ready to undergo the punishment truthfully," said Armor in a media release broadcast live via the Instagram account @humaspolresbogor.
However, Armor insisted on wanting peace through restorative justice efforts to the Bogor Police. His lawyer said that the reason Armor filed for restorative justice was because he regretted his actions against his wife. In addition, his three young children were considered to still need the figure and affection of a father.
"Can you imagine, Armor has 3 children, the oldest is 4 years old, one is 3 years old and the other is 1 week old. They still need love and living expenses and everything. How can those children be taken care of properly?" said Irawansyah.

However, the decision to resolve the issue peacefully remains in the hands of Cut Intan Nabila. Armor can only hope for his wife's magnanimity to be willing to forgive him for his brutal actions.
"Yes, hopefully there will be good news. In fact, conditions like this also have many disadvantages," said Irawansyah.
