Brilio.net - Ahead of the 2024 regional elections, Raffi Ahmad's name is being discussed as running alongside Jeje Govinda. The reason is, this father of two children is intensively distributing his posters alongside Jeje Govinda for the West Bandung Regency Pilkada.
Responding to this news, Raffi admitted that he had never said he was closing himself off from the world of politics. But for now, he chooses to support his friends who will run for the 2024 regional elections.
"When it comes to political matters, I never said I didn't want to. But maybe now I'm still thinking about what's best. To decide where to go," said Raffi in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, quoted by brilio.net from Liputan6.com on Tuesday ( 9/7).

Currently, Raffi Ahmad is supporting Jeje Govinda and Marshel Widianto . His brother-in-law is reportedly running for regent candidacy for West Bandung Regency. Meanwhile, Marshel Widianto is predicted to run as Deputy Mayor of South Tangerang accompanying Riza Patria.
"I'm sure now I'm more interested in watching and supporting my friends, who I know have good intentions in running for regional head elections," added Raffi.
Regarding his support for his brother-in-law and friends, Raffi denied that it was because he was paid. Rafi admitted that this support was purely from conscience. Incidentally, he knows Jeje and Marshel well.

"Absolutely not (paid). I want to straighten that out too. I really, even if I were to choose a figure that I definitely know. I also know him well, and that's my conscience. So I never did it because I was lured by money "I don't support this at all," explained Raffi.
The artist, nicknamed Sultan Andara, supports both of them purely from conscience and denies any political endorsement. In particular, they want to really move forward in order to dedicate themselves to the benefit of society.
"I want to discourage people from saying, wow, Raffi is definitely a political endorsement, no. From my conscience, I support it," Raffi added.

Raffi believes that Jeje has a noble vision and mission to run for the 2024 regional elections. Likewise, Marshel is considered to have sincere intentions, regardless of the comic's past.
"Jeje is good. I know he is a patient person, really good. I also know he has good intentions. Marshel too, yes, I support him, I support him with my heart. As for Marshel, it turns out he has a good vision," concluded Raffi.
