Brilio.net - The sudden passing of Marissa Haque on Wednesday (2/10) early morning left deep sorrow for the entertainment world in Indonesia. The funeral procession of this senior actress took place solemnly at TPU Tanah Kusir according to her last wishes.

Not only the family, dozens of students of the Indonesia Banking School (IBS) Jakarta also mourn the loss of a respected lecturer. Marissa was known as a passionate teacher in providing legal knowledge to her students.

Syifa Azzahra, a student at the IBS Faculty of Management, still cannot believe the sudden passing of her lecturer. The feeling of loss is so deep because of Marissa's kindness while teaching.

Marissa's closeness with her students is established through various moments outside the classroom. Her kindness is reflected in her habit of treating students to meals together on campus.

"Very nice, often treats us too. The last time he treated us was last Monday," he said, recalling.

"Honestly, I was very surprised and didn't expect it. He was very kind and always taught with enthusiasm," said Syifa, quoted by brilio.net from Merdeka on Wednesday (2/10).

The last memory with Marissa is still etched in the minds of her students. Just one day before she passed away, Marissa still had time to teach even though she looked tired.

"When he entered class, he said he was really tired, he was still dizzy, he had been five minutes. That's not usual because Mrs. Marissa is never late. Then when he came, he immediately said sorry, I'm tired, I'm late. I also taught the previous class and I couldn't be enthusiastic anymore, so you guys will just ask and answer," he said.

Fadil, another student expressed his concern about Marissa's condition in the past two weeks. Although she often complained of feeling unwell, Marissa remained enthusiastic about teaching.

"Indeed, for the past two weeks he has been complaining that he is not feeling well, but he is fine and does not look sick," explained Fadil.

IBS students lost an inspiring figure who always encouraged them to be enthusiastic in pursuing knowledge. Marissa's last messages will always be remembered as motivation for them to continue fighting.
