Marissa Haque passed away early Wednesday (2/10). This sad news certainly shocked many people, including her best friend, Ingrid Kansil.

Ingrid said that Marissa always looked healthy and fit. There were no signs that Ikang Fawzi's wife was sick. Inggrid remembered Marissa as someone who was always cheerful and active.

"Never (complained of being sick), as far as I know, Mbak Ica was always fresh, always fit, active, so I never knew, I never knew what disease Mbak Ica had," he said in an interview.

Marissa, who died at the age of 61, apparently gave her friends a premonition. Inggrid said that Marissa often talked about death and even mentioned her desire to be buried in Tanah Kusir. "Maybe she already had this... a sign," she said.

More than just a friend, Inggrid considers Marissa as a role model in her life. "She could probably be called one of my mentors, she is my idol because besides being smart when asked to discuss, she can also build her household well," she added while sobbing.
